Event
For partners that have international offices or affiliates, we are running our first-ever virtual Train the Trainer specific for international audiences in July.
Have a consistent approach, regardless of location, to the way you educate, manage and prevent domestic violence, sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination through international trained champions. Please register your interest via email.
Please contact us for further information or Book Now using the button above.
Please ensure you enter all your details and the correct pricing of $2000 per person and ensure you have read the MATE Terms and Conditions.
Would you like to be an accredited MATE Trainer? Spend four days immersed in the MATE curriculum with like-minded people passionate about preventing violence.
The MATE train the trainer covers the entire MATE Cultural Change and Creating Respectful Workplaces curriculum – giving you the full MATE experience and skills to be a dynamic facilitator within your organisation.
You will benefit from the experience of the MATE team, and become accredited to facilitate MATE workshops in your own organisation for a period of 12 months. All resources and ongoing support are provided – and you will be connected to the MATE Communities of Practice, bringing together all the MATE accredited trainers from across the Country. Through this Community of Practice, you will be able to access support, have all of your questions answered and have the option to join regular meetings focusing on different topics to build your knowledge and skills as a facilitator.
You will also earn a Griffith University Micro-Credential upon successful completion.

The MATE team acknowledge and pay respects to the Kumbumerri Salt Water people, the traditional owners of the land on which our office sits. We acknowledge the Kumbumerri elders, past, present and emerging. We pay respects to all traditional owners across Australia where we meet, learn and work with others. MATE is committed to honouring Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ unique cultural and spiritual relationships to the land, waters and seas and their rich contribution to society.
