MATE regularly receives requests to deliver our training in at-risk communities, those who have identified a need but do not have the financial capacity to support it. This training needs to be accessible to regional and remote communities and all individuals who are currently unable to access it.
We are currently seeking $20,000 to develop and deliver a series of FREE community workshops to challenge the root attitudes, beliefs and behaviours that normalise violence against women, inequality, racism, discrimination and bullying within our society.
With your donation, we can ensure that this education can empower communities to ensure that every person is safe, thriving and feels a sense of belonging.
Please click on this link to support us. From the ‘Please use my gift to support’ dropdown list, select MATE Bystander Program.
100% of your donation will be passed on to the MATE program and used to deliver these workshops. Griffith University is endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a deductible gift recipient (DGR). Donations of $2 or more may be tax deductible in Australia.
We are so grateful for your support.
Thank you for your commitment to #besomeonewhodoessomething.
